Earthquake Spectra

The Professional Journal of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute

The Earthquake Engineering Research Institute established Earthquake Spectra with the purpose of improving the practice of earthquake hazards mitigation, preparedness, and recovery. It is intended to serve the informational needs of the diverse professions engaged in earthquake loss reduction: civil, geotechnical, mechanical and structural engineers, geologists, seismologists, architects, city planners, public officials, social scientists, and researchers. The Journal serves as the publication of record for development of: earthquake engineering practice, earthquake code and regulation, earthquake public policy, and earthquake investigation reports. The Journal is published quarterly with no page charge to authors.

Earthquake Spectra is published quarterly and is sent free of charge as a benefit of EERI membership.
